Rooms and prices
Every room is in the château itself. The price depends on whether you have a room to yourself or are sharing with someone you have brought.
Madame Retreats is a women only retreat in a château in Gascony, south west France, near the village of Condom in the Gers.
Fifteen women, seven nights, all meals cooked by Lindsay, our private chef on site, a spa and forty hectares of grounds.
The five 2027 retreats, the Pilates week included, are €2,250 per person when you share a twin room with a friend, or €2,750 for sole occupancy.
A €500 booking fee secures the place and the balance is due ten weeks before the retreat.
The rooms
Fourteen of the bedrooms are the Mademoiselle rooms, spacious and lovely. The other three are the upgrade suites.

Two women, one room
The twin price is for two women who are coming together, so you would bring your own friend. Jo does not run a room matching service and will not put two strangers in a room for a week, so if you are coming on your own the sole occupancy room is yours.

The room is yours
Your own room for the week, which is how most women come. Most of Jo's guests travel alone and it is the normal way to do this rather than the exception.

Three in the château
Two Madame Suites and one Queen Suite, which is very large. Either one is added on top of your room price rather than instead of it.

Everything at the château is in the price. The extras are the things that happen off the grounds or on a treatment table.
Booking
A €500 booking fee secures your place and your room, alongside the completed booking form. The place is not held until both have arrived.
Jo confirms every booking in writing.
The balance is due ten weeks before the retreat starts.
The €500 booking fee is not refundable, which is why Jo recommends taking out travel insurance as soon as you book rather than nearer the time.

This was my first retreat and oh did I love it. Jo is absolutely amazing, her programme is spot on and she does everything in her power to make sure that you have a fabulous week. The venue is absolutely stunning, my room was amazing... I met some lovely ladies which became good friends by the end of the week. I definitely will come back on one of Jo's other retreat-weeks.
